This is the book I am doing a review on. The main character is a boy around 12 or 13 and his name is Greg Heffley. There is also his Mom, Dad, Rodrick his older brother and Manny his younger brother. All of these series are about Greg getting through his childhood. In this one the main thing that happens is he goes on this camp and your are not allowed any electronics. The camp is like old school. The bathrooms are old, they have to shower outside and they even don't have any mattresses there. There is also this story that along time ago there use to be a man that owned the camp and it use to be a farm. It got taken of him and they made a camp there. He ran into the woods never to be found again. They say that there is a hut there and that is where he lives. One time a couple of kids went in and never came out. Will Greg survive???

I liked that in this book there is a little horror.

I didn't like that there wasn't that much comedy in it normally there is.
