This book is about a 10-year-old girl in an orphanage which most kids call "the dumping ground", she has crazy black curly hair and her names Tracy Beaker. She is quite a naughty child, she seems to always be in trouble. She reacts to things in quite a mean way. Tracy like to think that her mum is rich and famous. She misses her every day and she hopes that her mum will come and get her. She's also waiting for a foster home, she's had two already but neither of them had worked out. There is a lady that Tracy meets called cam. Cam loves to visit Tracy they go to the park together or Cam's house. Tracy ends up loving to spend time with Cam and wondered whether Cam would be her foster parent.Will Cam foster her?
I'd rate this book 4/5 I thought it was quite interesting and funny
But I didn't really like how she treat the other kids in the foster home
