Main character: Jack Gruener, who is a well behaved boy that loves family.
Synopsis: "Go on!" I yelled at the shower head that releases toxic gas. "Go on, do it! I dare you! " I laughed. "Kill me! I give up! You win!" The pipes of the shower head began to shake. Something was coming out. Kill me, I prayed. Please kill me and put a stop to this misery. Suddenly water ran down the shower head, not gas. I was going to live.
I liked the whole book, especially when they describe the torture so well.
I don't like how this book is based on a true story, because this book has a lot of parts that included horrible pain. Which meant the pain in the story was true.
