It was just after Hinemuru and Pehis wedding, as her father watched her sneak away. Hinemuru and Pehis went for a walk into the forest near a lake; her father sent Meariki to bring her back to the village. While Meariki was going to find Hinemuru, Tanekikiwa came to the village to see Te mihiau to look for his daughter Te mihiua willingly said: "she's not here" but Tanekikiwa demandingly said, "In three days time I will marry your daughter". Back at the lake Pehi and Meariki were arguing while Hinemuru was taking a swim, all of a sudden out of nowhere Tanekikiwa came dashing down to collect Hinemuru. Meariki and Pehi go on a whole journey to save Hinemuru.

Two headed dogs, Maidens of spring to demond birds What will they have to go through in order to save Hinemuru?

I'd rate this book 5/5 I like how they used a variety of things they had to go through in order to find/save Hinemuru, I liked how it brought Meariki and Pehi closer than they were to begin with.
I disliked nothing.
